"TAKATSUKI JAZZ STREET" began in 1999 because of the idea that "Takatsuki is a city full of music, lets have a fun city!"
It is the largest handmade music event in Japan that everyone can feel free to enjoy music every day for a few days of Golden week every entry is free.
